HPM Insurance is happy to announce the purchase of the Byse Agency which is headquartered in Laconia, New Hampshire.  Byse Agency has operated in the lakes region of New Hampshire since the early 1900s and has a total of three locations.

This acquisition has expanded the footprint of HPM Insurance into northern New Hampshire as besides its headquarters in Laconia, Byse also owned Bristol Insurance in Bristol, NH and Franconia Insurance in Franconia NH.  

Byse agency president, Jeffrey Flanders, believes that joining the HPM organization was the right decision as there was a match between both agency's philosophies.  "Byse Agency was built on a foundation of trust and dependability," Flanders said.  "We decided to join HPM Insurance as we wanted a partner that could ensure our clients and employees would appreciate what we built while providing access to additional resources to move the agency forward." 

HPM Insurance president and CEO, Lyle Fulkerson, was honored to work with both the late, Donald Flanders, Byse Agency Inc's Chairman, and his son, Jeffrey Flanders, to bring the agencies together.  "We are pleased to have the opportunity to expand into New Hampshire's lakes region and especially partner with such a well-regarded business like Byse Agency," Fulkerson said.  "We look forward to working with the Byse team and its clients and welcome them to HPM Insurance."

HPM Insurance is headquartered in Amherst NH and has an office in Bedford, NH as well.
