This role is ideal for a customer‑focused professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying coverage needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold an active property & casualty insurance license
- Be highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast‑paced environment
- Work closely with prospects and clients to design comprehensive protection programs that align with their needs, budget, and long‑term goals
- Clearly and professionally communicate with clients and prospects, both verbally and in writing
- Manage client concerns and complaints, providing timely and appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and close‑ratio goals
- Demonstrate strong computer and technology skills, including the ability to navigate multiple carrier websites and agency management systems
